How does the "Stackable Discount" benefit my margin?
We apply rewards sequentially to maximize your savings. First, we deduct the Volume Discount based on your current order size. Then, we apply your Membership Bonus to that already discounted price. This "stacked" approach ensures our loyal partners receive the highest possible profit margin on every item.
How do I reach a higher Membership Level?
Your level is determined by your cumulative historical spending (excluding VAT and shipping). As soon as you hit a new spending threshold, your account is automatically upgraded. Your new bonus tier then applies to every future order—no manual action required.
Do I need to use a coupon code?
No. Our system is fully automated for your convenience. Both your Volume Discount and Membership Bonus are calculated in real-time and applied at checkout based on your current cart value and account status.
Are discounts applied to VAT and Shipping costs?
Discounts apply to the product subtotal only. Shipping costs are calculated after all applicable discounts have been applied. We also offer tiered shipping discounts based on your order value, with savings of up to 50%. No VAT will be added at checkout.
